Questions about aerial training
Do I need aerial experience?
Not necessarily. If you're new to aerial, an instructor-led event is the best way to start; check each event's description. Rig sessions are self-guided, so they suit people who already train on their own.
Which disciplines can I train?
Lyra (aerial hoop), aerial straps, silks, rope and handstands. Each instructor-led event focuses on the discipline shown on its date.
Is instruction included when I stay?
No. Stays are self-guided. Rig sessions and instructor-led events are booked separately.
Can I train without staying here?
Yes. Rig sessions can be booked on their own, no stay required.
Can I get private coaching?
Yes, during scheduled instructor-led events, with the visiting instructor. Christian, our founder, also runs occasional coaching seminars when in Buenavista. Send us a message through the contact form to hear about the next one.
Can I bring my own group?
Yes. Instructors and retreat leaders can rent the full center. Fill in the hosting application and we'll send a quote.
